UPDATE | Aug 22, 2023 | Per JABSOM COVID-19 policies, students are required to wear surgical masks during active simulation/close proximity settings. Except for group instructional and shared laboratory spaces, masking is optional at JABSOM.

SimTiki works locally, nationally, and internationally in the Asia Pacific region to promote best practices in Teaching, Educational Research, and Training for Patient Care

Accredited by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) in Teaching/Education, Research, Assessment, and Fellowship


SimTikiシミュレーションセンターは、ハワイ大学医学部 (John A. Burns School of Medicine) に併設されている、 医療従事者のためのシミュレーション教育センターです。利用者は高校生に始まり、世界中の医療従事者、米軍の関係者など多岐にわたり年間3000人以上の学習者がシミュレーショントレーニングに訪れています。また、 米国シミュレーション学会 (Society for Simulation in Healthcare ) の施設認定カテゴリーのうち『教育』『研究』『学習者の評価』『フェローシッププログラム』の項目で認証を受けた施設でもあり、 海外からシミュレーション教育の指導方法や研究手法を学ぶためにインターナショナルフェローが毎年留学に訪れています。
